I was employed for 3yrs as a nurse in Sorsogon City before i ventured in Network Marketing! I was skeptic/uninformed then, ayoko ng business kasi i thought benta-benta or recruit-recruit at hindi bagay sa hitsura ko at hindi ko sya linya. 

Then, one time my ng invite sakin date that was Aug. 31, 2010
since crush ko sya sumama nman aq. Pero wala aq idea na seminar pala sa Aim Global ang pupuntahan at dun na pala mgsimula mgbago buhay ko! Naging open minded aq at naopen ako sa reality. Naging clear sakin bakit 3yrs na ngttrabaho ako wala pa rin aq naiipon.

Naintindihan ko na hindi pala pera ngpapayaman sa isang tao kundi kung pano tayo magisip, anu mindset at paniniwala natin sa buhay! Kaya pala 3yrs na walang nangyayari sakin kahit anung sipag ko at 20hrs/day na aq ngttrabaho kasi wala pala aq sa TAMANG DIRECTION. Kaya sabi ko kung sa linya ko hindi aq umaasenso dapat subukan ko ang hindi ko linya at tanggalin ang pride ko baka dun aq umasenso. Kaya thankful aq na nainvite aq sa Aim Global at naintroduce sakin ang business.

Natutunan ko ang technology ng mga successful at naintindihan ko na my science at pattern pala ang pagyamAn at sinunod at ginawa ko lang ng tama ang SISTEMA at nakinig sa mga tamang tao sigurado pwedi mo pala makuha mga pangarap mo! sa umpisa my adjustment lang pero pag nasanay kana andali lang pala gawin ng business! ang ngpapahirap lang pala sa tao para makuha ang gusto nila is there mindset & program pano sila pinamalaki! Even before I met AIM GLOBAL, I was already a DREAMER...I remember when I was selling corn in one of the market in Cagayan during the day of Christmas years ago, I was in tears habang pinapanood ko ang mga masasayang namamalengke...but then a DREAM grew in my heart sabi ko " Lord alam ko hindi kami forever na magiging mahirap kami, alam ko darating ang araw magbabago din ang buhay namin" " Nakakapgod maging mahirap" Alam ko na gaya ng iba, deserve din namin ang mabago ang buhay"

Lahat ng mga yung pangarap ko bago nag-AIM GLOBAL... I really believe God put those DREAMS in our heart to ignite us and move in FAITH to work for those DREAMS. He wants us to LIVE with those DREAMS for HIS glory.

When I started AIM, mas lalong na-ignite ang mga pangarap ko. Mas lalong nang-gigil akong makamit ang mga ito. Knowing the nature of the business, hindi naging dahilan ang pagiging mahiyain kong tao para maging hadlang ito sa pagpursue ko ng success ko dito. Whenever I see people succeeding, I always see myself receiving same success. I learned in my own experience that when people succeed, it is God's vision of success for me too.  until after 4months ng binalikan nya ako saka nagbago ang lahat naka kotse na ang taong nag invite saken grabeeeee sabi ko sa sarili ko mahigit na 10 years akong nag work ni gulong ng kotse wala akong nabili samantalang sya 4months lang my kotse na grabeeeee talaga sobrang naglaway ako at na inspired sa nangyari sa knya kaya sabi ko KAHIT DIKO LINYA BASTA MAGKAKOTSE DIN AKO LILINYAHIN KO NA!!!

 Nagising ang mga natutulog kung pangarap lahat isasakripisyo ko para sa pamilya ko HINDI NA AKO NAG DALAWANG ISIP PA nag join agad ako nangutang lang ako para maka join, nagsanla ng ATM sabi nga pag gusto merong paraan pag ayaw madaming dahilan, ginawan ko agad ng paraan para maka join agad sa sobrang baliw ko sa negosyo nag 7heads agad ako....

Ginawa ko ang AIM GLOBAL partime lang sa umpisa grabeeeee guyz AFTER 7 months isa sa pangarap ko nakabili ako ng KOTSE MITSUBISHI LANCER MODEL, and after 1 ar yenag resign na ako sa LBC at nag fulltime na ako dito sa AIM GLOBAL, AFTER 3 years na tuloy tuloy na paghataw grabeeee ung DREAM HOUSE..

I am Ani Pearl Aquino, former child actress from ABS-CBN TV shows (Wansapanataym, Maala-ala Mo Kaya, etc.) and Star Cinema movies like “Sarah, ang Munting Prinsesa” (I played Lottie), “Kokey” (I played Anna), and many others. All was good until the point in my acting career when family-oriented movies were not the trend anymore because of the increasing popularity of “Bomba” films. This is when my family and I decided that I lie low from showbiz and focus on my studies. I focused so much on my studies and held on to the belief that studying hard will get me a good paying job and secure my future.

When I was about to finish High School, I wanted to take a medical-related course such as Nursing or Pharmacy as I was dreaming to become a Physician someday. Unfortunately, we cannot afford the fees needed for me to pursue my chosen course, and that’s when I realized that what I needed was a course that’s in demand so I’ll get hired immediately after graduating. I chose HRM (Hotel and Restaurant Management) because I was told there was a growing demand on workers for hotels and cruise ships abroad. I finished my course and even took Culinary Arts classes to further my chances of getting a job.

And I DID get a job… In a Call Center! No one wanted to hire me in a hotel or a restaurant. Why would they? I was a skinny, clumsy girl back then. So I tried my luck in a Call Center and that’s where I worked for nearly 2 years. I still love performing, so I joined theatre plays and musicals on the side when my schedule allowed.

One night during my 2pm lunch break my husband James visited me at work and he told me he joined a networking company called AIM GLOBAL. He was so excited to do this business venture because he met several car achievers when he visited the office. His excitement was so contagious that I immediately asked him to buy a Global Package for me. My salary was not yet due so we decided to borrow money from a “5-6” so I can join the next day.

That night I tried the products and I fell in love with them in an instant.

That weekend we invited close family members, family friends and relatives to a presentation at our house. We invited our direct upline and upline Joseph Lim to conduct the “House Party”. 14 people came to the presentation. 13 people bought Global Packages that same day. The one person who didn’t join that day joined next week when she got her salary. That’s when I decided that I will do the business full-time. Why settle for 20,000php a month when I can earn it in a day?

I went AWOL on my job, got myself fired and did AIM Global full time. My husband James followed suit and left his job as a dancer at ABS-CBN.

Grabe talaga ang hirap ng buhay sa abroad, lagi ko nararanasan ang pagod, gutom at puyat. Doon ko rin naranasan na kahit may sakit ako, pinagtratrabaho pa rin ako. Sasabin ni amo na " don't do anything just clean the bathroom" ---- wala akong choice, kahit giniginaw na at nanginginig ang katawan kailangan sundin ang utos. Kahit 6:00pm na naglilinis pa rin ng kubeta, kahit inaantok na di pwde matulog kc 10:30pm sila nakain sa gabi minsan pa nga 11:00pm.

Karamihan sa mga nag aabroad ang tanging dahilan kaya sila nagtatagal sa ibang bansa ay PERA....umaasang makaipon, matupad ang pangarap kaso di lahat natutupad ang pangarap...tulad ko -- noon akala ko di ako tatagal ng 12 years pero sa tuwing matapos ang kontrata ko di ako nakakaipon kaya recontract uli ako...paulit-ulit na nangyayari kaya naman ako umabot ng 12 years---

12 years na nawalay sa pamilya, 12 years na naging utusan, 12 years na bugbog ang katawan sa trabaho...Wala akong magawa kasi CHOICE ko ito---

-----February 28, 2012 umuwi ako ng Pilipinas para magbakasyon ng 2 months, cyempre sa loob ng 2 months wala akong kita sa abroad kc nga po dito ako sa pinas na nagbabakasyon PERO sa 2 buwan na pagbabakasyon ko napakasaya ko kc may P75,000 akong kita sa AIM GLOBAL kahit na di ako nagtrabaho--

APRIL 30, 2012 bumalik ako sa LEBANON pero dina ako nagtagal dun, AFTER 6 months (NOV. 6,2012) umuwi ako for good at ito ay dahil sa AIM GLOBAL.

Nov.28,2012 dito na ako sa Manila nanirahan ng sa ganun makatulong sa grupo!

Sa buhay, di tayo aasenso kung di tayo susubok. We need to TRY, we need to CHANGE OUR MINDSET, we need to GRAB OPPORTUNITIES!

Nainvite ako sa AIM GLOBAL last Dec 2010..ako ay naoperahan dhil sa ACUTE APENDICITIS nasa OR palang me dat tym inamin ng doctor sakin na 5days na ang sakit ko ibig sabihin anytym pwede naku mamatay..

 After 3days nag Online ako sa Fb although hirap p maglakad nakausap ko si May agustin na nasa hongkong dat tym at nainvite niya ko baka daw gusto ko ng business ito n nga ang AIM GLOBAL.at 1st umayaw ako agad dahil networking siya takot ako baka scam,pero di siya tumigil nakiusap siya na hanggat maari pakinggan ko muna ung presentation before ako mag judge sa company so napresentahan ako ng BUSINESS PLAN.

Nung narinig ko n may benefits itong SCHOLARSHIP hindi ko na tinignan ang puhunan dahil naalala ko ito nga pala yung dasal ko nung na ospital ako ang makunan ng EDUCATIONAL PLAN ANG anak ko,after ko na OPP hindi naku makatulog kasi iniisip ko saan ako pwede umutang ng 7,980 dahil panahon nayon ang utang ko umabot ng 130,000 , 

pero hindi ako natinag dahil alam ko kahit mangutang ako at madagdagan pa ang utang ko tiyak naman di ako magsisisi dahil BIG BUSINESS ang papasukan ko ,Hindi umabot ng 1week nakapag start naman ako. Nung nareciv ko na Global package ko tuwang tuwa ako kasi naproved ko n hindi to scam dahil value for money an global package nila.

After ko nag join sa aim global 1st month puno n ng discouragement,rejection at daming obstacle ang napagdaanan ko sa business.pero lage ko sinasabi sa sarili ko DREAMS START WITH THE GOAL. 

1st Goal ko ang matugunan ang financial namin, 2nd ang mkapag forgud ang asawa ko nasa Saudi.bawat usap naming alam ko hirap na siya malayo samin mag ina.

kaya gusto ko matulungan ang asawa ko,ayoko umasa sa sahod niya dahil kahit babae ako alam ko may potential ako at pag may problema una ako apektado kaya naisip ko mas maganda 2 kami mag tulungan . 3rd goal ko ang magkaroon ng Malawak na grupo .kaso tanung ko sa sarili PAANU KO LAHAT MAGAGAWA TO??? 

Unang una wala ako background sa networking? Hindi ako nakakalabas ng bahay dahil maliit anak ko,, wala naman ako gaanung kakilala??

 Pero nung nakita ko ang facebook naisip ko may potential ito siguro kong trabahuin at seryusuhin ko lang.. Sa awa ng Diyos after 6months bago ako nagka downline ..mahirap dahil kahit asawa ko at pamilya ko negative talaga pero kahit ganun chinachallenge ko nalang sarili ko.

Sabi nila sakin tigilan ko na ang aim global dahil wala daw ako mahihita dito,focus nalang ako sa bahay at anak ko.pero sa tuwing iniisp ko problema namin gusto ko humataw. Gusto ko patunayan sa lahat ng nanreject sakin at tumatawa sakin na dito aasenso ako kahit pa fb2x lang ..Positive lang lage at tuloy2x pag attend ko ng training at seminar,bawat naririnig ko share ng upline pinapakinggan ko.

NGAYON gusto ko ishare sa mga katulad kong madami pangarap na wala masama sa pag subok sa isang bagay kong nakikita mo naman maganda at since ikaw nakakita nito igrab muna..

The best things in life are free---
When I was a child I asked my mother why we are poor, why we are different from others. She gave me a hug and I saw tears from her eyes. Without saying word she left me. When my father came from the mountain I asked the same question and he just took a deep breath. 

As a child I had hundreds of questions but nobody was able to entertain those queries. My parents were not able to finish their elementary education. We live in the mountain far from the city. My father works in the field and my mother help him. Our house is made of bamboo and coconut leaves and when there is a strong typhoon we are all wet. My mother used to give us the used “sack of rice”

 serving as our blanket. At the end of the storm I will help my father to rebuild the house that was destroyed by strong winds and during rainy days we used to eat banana, coconut, and “ kamoteng kahoy” as we don’t have money to buy rice. I felt so bad because I cannot do something. Im just a child.

My mother taught us to pray. My father showed us the value of integrity. He never failed to remind us to respect others and to love people. My parents taught us that everything is temporary and we need to be thankful for all the graces and blessings we have. They had taught us to value life and to help everyone.

The days and nights of my elementary education were very challenging. It took me 2 hours to reach the school every day. I went to school without slipper. I don’t have money to buy. I only have one pair of uniform and every night I need to wash it for the next day. During rainy days my mother will hang it on our kitchen so that I can wear it the following day. I came to school with nothing. More often than not I skip lunch because we don’t have food. Whenever there are some fruits in the forest I used to exchange them with my classmates. I will give them the fruits in exchange of pencil, crayon and papers. 

I started to build my dream. As a child I told myself I will change my life. I studied well despite the challenges and problems, hunger did not stop me from going to school. I had crossed big floods and heavy rains and strong winds to reach the school. At the end of my elementary years I graduated with flying colors. I graduated as class valedictorian. It was my first taste of victory. 

One summer night my mother told me they cannot send me to high school because of our situation. I cried the whole night. I heard my mother cried too. I want to continue my studies. I want to fulfill my dreams. The following day I told my mother that I will take the entrance examination and I promised her that I will make it to the top. My mother was crying while hugging me and said:” Son what if you didn’t make it”.. I looked at her and said” Inay kaya ko po..maniwala ka po sa akin” ( Mother, I can make it, just believe in me.)

June of the same year I took the entrance examination for first year high school. I prayed and asked God for His will. The following day all the examinees were called for the announcement. I cannot forget my first year teacher Mrs. Herminia Mandanas when she announced the Top 1. “This year’s top 1 and will be our scholar is Penapanio Belen Castillo”.. I was crying..Its me.. It’s my name.

My high school days brought more challenges as I need financial assistance for my projects and other school expenses. Others advised me to stop but I said I will continue whatever it takes. I started selling fruits and other things which will help me to raise money. With perseverance and great desire to fulfill my dreams I finished my high school with flying colors also.
I know that my parents cannot support my college education. One of my cousins told me to take scholarship exam and I did. I passed the scholarship examination and it helped me to finish my chosen field. The same year I took the Board Examination for Teachers and I got my license. 

I started teaching in the place far away from my hometown. A new environment, new responsibilities and new horizon. While doing my teaching job I enrolled my post graduate studies in the same university where I graduated. I love teaching, it’s my passion and I love the smiles of the children, the greetings from the parents and the encouraging words from my colleague. I started to innovate, teaching strategies, deepening the true meaning of teaching and being a teacher. My teaching career was so fruitful, challenging, exciting. I was a former coach, theater arts director, adviser of school publication and an adviser. 

March 2006 , I was one of the Most Outstanding School Paper Adviser in the Philippines. I dedicated this award to my parents who believed in me, to my student, my colleague and to the community. I spent 15 years of teaching in the same school. Im a loyal person and for me loyalty is priceless. I had the chance to transfer to the city but I chose to stay in the same school were my values and integrity were molded and shared to my students.

Fate has its own way of testing me. I left my first love (teaching) because I want to give my family a better life. It was so painful and the most difficult decision I made. In life, sometimes you have to forget yourself for your family. I went to Dubai on November 2007. Dubai is paradise for those who have money. For me as a beginner Dubai is a battle field. 

I am jobless for six months. I survived by selling cooked foods to my kababayans. I told myself I will not give up, that something good will happen. After six months I was hired in a German Company. 
I worked hard, turned night into a day, staying the whole night in the office to meet the expectations of my boss. After a year I was promoted as a Senior Manager for Quality Assurance. As the head of the department I am responsible of checking the quality standards of Hotels worldwide.

 The Only 7 Stars in the World Burj Al Arab, The Atlantis Hotel , Armani Hotel among our clients. We provide those trainings and coaching as well. I have great job, I have a great salary but I have not saved a single penny. It’s all because I am helping my whole family. Seven years of serving the company I helped my boss earned his millions. 

One day while I was sitting in my table I get tired of all those reports and deadlines. I asked God to give me an opportunity which will change my life and will make my dreams come true. God is really great. The following day I’ve met an architect and he shared his business to me. It’s a networking business and I was hesitant to join because I don’t like the idea and concept of networking. I actually refused the invitation and find ways not to see him anymore.

However, our path crossed again and he asked me if I am ready to do the business. I saw the sincerity and patience, his willingness to help, his values and integrity and his leadership. I decided to join AIM GLOBAL. 

I attended the product and business presentations many times. I started to dream again, build again and to smile again because I believe that this person will help me all throughout that AIM GLOBAL will save me from the painful realities of life. 

I began to build my own group. It was so hard.. It was so tough but I told myself I won’t give up. My Up line was very supportive and he still is. He pushed me to do my best. I experienced hunger, rejections, and I’ve lost many of my friends. One day I asked my upline- Is this price I have to pay? And he replied “ Yes it is, but I’m telling you this is also your bridge to reach your dreams.” 

I was so inspired and motivated that time and from that day I accepted rejections as a gift, with a smile and turned this scenarios into positive and blessings. Today, I am growing in AIM GLOBAL. As Gold Executive I am handling a big group in UAE and other parts of the world.

 I am so blessed and honored to be a part of the Number 1 Networking Company in Asia and soon will be in the whole world.
